Roman Meytin, CEO
Roman directs the long-term vision of the company based on 10 years of experience in the online marketing space. As a passionate technologist, he has written much of the original company code, a lot of which still remains in use and provides a stable foundation for the next generation applications isoTree develops today. Prior to confounding isoTree, Roman lead the new product development tech-team at Advertising.com, which was sold to AOL in July 2004. Roman has a BS degree in Computer Science, BA in Psychology, and a minor concentration in film from University of Maryland College Park. He enjoys free-independent and experimental travel, documentary films, bossa-nova, and local, organic cuisine. Roman is fluent in Russian and English; and has basic Spanish, Portuguese, and German conversation skills.
Daniel DeHaven, President
Daniel is responsible for overseeing daily operations and contributing to the strategic direction of isoTree. He lead the effort to develop sophisticated management techniques for a 100% telecommuting staff, as well as, finding the right people for isoTree's team. Daniel has over 10 years of experience in direct marketing and as an entrepreneur. In January of 2000, he co-founded isoTree LLC. It has since been his mission to build isoTree as a progressive technology firm and focus on developing isoTree's core service offerings to meet the highest level of excellence. Daniel is a globe trotter. He has experienced diverse cultures in over 25 countries.
Maya Nir Ketter, Director of Operations & Marketing
Maya directs all operations and marketing activities for isoTree. She is focused on overseeing performance-based marketing initiatives, specifically pay per click. Maya leads a team of PPC analysts who launch successful marketing campaigns by truly understanding market and search engine trends. This helps ensure that each client's campaign is optimized to reach maximal growth and ROI. Maya has over seven years of experience working for multinational companies, mainly involved with business development, account management and overseeing large-scale operational projects. Maya is fluent in English, Hebrew & Spanish and holds a BA degree in International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
